LUUMI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the LUUMI mobile application (“the App”).

LUUMI is designed to function without collecting or processing personal data.
The App does not require user accounts, does not access online services for content, and does not track users.

LUUMI does not collect, store, or process any personal data. This includes, but is not limited to:

            •          Email addresses

            •          Phone numbers

            •          Location data

            •          Device identifiers

            •          Usage analytics

            •          Advertising identifiers

3. App Functionality

At this time, LUUMI operates fully offline and does not load or fetch content from the internet during normal use.

4. Diagnostic & Debugging Logs

To ensure the stability and proper functioning of the App, technical logs may be generated and sent to our server for debugging purposes.

These logs:

            •          Contain only technical information (such as error messages or crash data)

            •          Do not include personal data

            •          Are not used to identify users

            •          Are not shared with third parties

The server receiving these logs is located in Germany (EU).

5. Data Sharing

LUUMI does not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
No personal or user-identifiable data exists to share.

6. Data Retention

Debugging logs are retained only as long as necessary to diagnose and resolve technical issues and are then deleted in accordance with standard operational practices.

7. Children’s Privacy

LUUMI does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, no child-specific data processing occurs.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

As no personal data is collected or processed, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete.
